Discourses and musings from a second Saturn return

August 6-7 Not Again In Our Lifetime

The Cardinal Grand Cross now has Uranus (chaos), Jupiter (expansion), Saturn (foundations), Venus (love/money), Mars (aggression), Pluto (transformation) and the Moon (emotions) in a very hard and finger nails on the chalkboard Cross. One astrologer, Susan Miller, looked up the dates and we have never had this before and it won’t happen again even in 500 years.
It would be wise to just chill now. Shore up your reserves because these energies are moving through you and eliminating what can’t stand the light of day and that goes for governments/institutions/corporations etc. Look to see where the weak links are and that is what is leaving.
Be very cautious with money as it is unstable right now-don’t gamble, emotions are running too high and fear is afoot.
Now is a great time to meditate and find other stress busters for your life.

And I saw the river
Over which every soul must pass
To reach the kingdom of heaven
And the name of the river was suffering –
And I saw the boat
Which carries souls across the river
And the name of that boat was
Love.

—Saint John of the Cross

Is this what is making people crabby and angry? Have heard alot of people commenting about that. I don’t seem to notice anything different. I’m either just not alert or too busy with my head inside my textbooks and classes.

This a few other energies of this sizzling summer of change! And it affects each person differently according to their chart and efforts. Personally I am moving forward at great speed and so are a number of my clients and friends. It would be easy to be irritable now if you are not clearing the negativity from your life. Especially old patterns that don’t serve your highest good.

When I finally stop fighting against the power of these energies and begin to ride their wave, it is amazing how much can be simplified. When I stop overthinking and listen to that still, small, quiet voice it always leads me toward peace and well-being. Thanks for being a means of finding that quiet place in this busy, noisy world!

Do you think it is right to quote St John of The Cross alongside an astrological statement ? St John of The Cross is a Doctor of the Catholic Church , Catholics are taught that astrology is a pagan idea .

    just a thought !

Born and raised Catholic and the church did not always believe astrology or past lives were “pagan” as you say. Look up the church doctrines before that huge council around 1100 something threw out a lot of the teachings and beliefs and reworded the Bible. The churches history is very interesting.

I am not sure how I happened across your blog Sue , but I don’t want to turn it into a religious debate !
I will say two things though , people did at one time believe that the earth was flat , including the church I think . Also Catholic Priests did use to marry and have families up until the 12Th Century .
Yes a very interesting history of over 2000 years .

Not a religious debate, although any debate is wide open I believe. Just countering with your Church stuff. St. John of the Cross was so beyond Catholicism. Let’s just let it all be Universalism :>)
    Good chatting with you.
