Tension/Resistance
The greater the distance between what you are and what you want to be, the greater is your tension. Tension is that which lies between being and becoming. The state of being is acepting what you are, and the state of becoming is desiring to be what you are not.
The greater your sense of inferiority, the greater is your desire to become what you are not. The greater your acceptance, the greater is your capactiy to be fully what you are.
The spiritual journey begins with self-acceptance.
Pain exists only is resistance. Joy exists only in acceptance.
Painful situations which you accept heartily become joyful. Joyful situations which you do not accept become painful.
There is no such thing as a bad experience. Bad experiences are simply the creations of your inner resistance to what is.
