		<description>Now a reality check: I have found, and continue on finding, that the resentment I hold has EVERYTHING to do with me first. Out of confusion in the moment in whatever the issue is, not understanding that control may be behind that issue or perhaps lack of validation in the same issue you are desperately trying to convey to other people, places and things.Kinda like a little kid trying to do something  and his parents won&#039;t let them?  
Maybe the behavior we display is from our &quot;old tapes&quot; that keep running inside our unconscious minds and we don&#039;t even know what the heck they are? So instead of holding the resentment in our emotions and actions towards others, maybe we can think about what &quot;my part&quot; or &quot;my lesson&quot; is in this situation that needs forgiveness? One excercise we can do to help is to actually have 2 chairs sitting across from each other closely. There will be 2 separate energies (or whatever you want to call them) in those chairs sitting close to each other. Maybe you can see YOU IN THOSE 2 CHAIRS in different circumstances and times and ages in your life? Have an actual conversation with those 2 energies in those chairs, and listen with not only the words that are spoken there out load, but listen to the feelings that the unspoken words ARE NOT speaking and FEEL THE EMOTION that stems from that. It is very OK to have some cleansing tears or grief in these moments because it will allow you to shed and release whatever it is that you are holding onto. I have had to revisit these things sometimes that come into my awareness, mostly because I truly HAVE NOT released them fully and figured that one out later . Today in my mind and heart I am choosing to say THANK YOU to whatever it is that has been brought to my attention AGAIN so I can continue on raising my vibration in everything I think, do and say. I am creating my own OIL PAINTING WITH AWESOME SCENERY, and when I think I am done it is very OK to look at that beautiful painting and go back to add some more brilliant colors to the scene!!!!
