Glory and Thanks
Glory be to God whose power, working in us, can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine. Ephesians 3:21
These are my favorite types of days. The days that are filled with enthusiasm, excitement and strong rushes of energy to complete many projects.
I’ve been dry for a while. Dry for me is to not have some type of passionate project, it leaves me feeling, what’s the use? I’m not dry any longer.
A culmination of many years is now coming to celebration and closure. I turn 60 in October. At first I thought I might just “go away” for awhile and be alone with the impact of what this means. Then I became inspired to celebrate a really amazing life.
When a thing has good energy, God’s power working in us, there is no telling where it will go. This in one of those things.
Much is in the works and in 53 days many accomplishments to pull off this celebration are starting to happen.
Food, growing it, preparing it, enjoying it, have been an enormous part of my life and to honor that I am resurrecting the Incredible Edible Art Show.
Art has ever been with me in so many medias I forget them all. I will showcase the new Astro Essence figures created from inspiration and visions of a person’s astrological chart.
A photo show of the poignant memories of the life.
A blessing and closing ceremony of the past 60 years………..allowing me to face the future free and unencumbered by past feelings that no longer fit who I want to be next.
I’m sending out the call………….come help me celebrate and release on Thursday, October 18th at the Omaha Healing Arts Center.
