Discourses and musings from a second Saturn return

Eclipse Dream

Wolves, dingoes, hyenas, dogs and some I could not name crowded my dreams last night.
I had stayed on the patio gazing up into the sky through blackened woods at the blood red full moon eclipse for as long as I could endure the cold.

Later, packs of wolves inhabited my dreams and then there were others coming into the house, let in by a strange little girl with an unusual sense of drama.

Everywhere I turned I was trying to save wild kittens from the dogs and dingoes.  The cats were as afraid of me as they were of the dogs.

At one point I became lucid in the dream and understood what was happening but that awareness is gone now.

A bigger lunar eclipse than I had expected.
