Honestly though, I found myself putting the book down after 20 minutes or so of reading the wisdom behing the words. alot to take in for me in one sitting. The other gift is the online class Eckhart and Oprah do weekly for 10 weeks. the book and the class together gives soooooooo much more to the learning experience, as questions and answers from real people experiences are in the weekly class. You can go to oprah.com and sign up for the class for free. The class is available in video, audio or transcript form. I could not figure out how to do the video, so printed off the transcript and audio and read SLOWLY through the class each week. Truly a gift to give yourself......
