Vision of America
When asked what their vision for America is, Kokomon Clottey and Aeeshah Ababio-Clottey replied in the book “Imagine”:
“What is our vision for America in the year 2050? As we pondered and prayed over this question, we became filled with the spirit and hope of what could be. What we see is almost unimaginable – the ultimate fruition of the words. ‘The holiest of all spots on Earth is where an ancient hatred has become a present love.’”
Wow………….I’m going for that one. All the old hatreds, how important is it for us to hold onto these things anymore? Perhaps you don’t call it a hatred but rather something you dislike. It doesn’t matter, words/semantics…………..let it go, let it be healed, let love in.
