Organics To Go

Now here is a business idea I would be interested in. Anybody else??? Sue

Organic to Go, a Seattle organic fast food company founded in 2004, has purchased cafes and catering operations. The company plans to create lunch places serving organic meals.

People who eat meals out increasingly want more nutritious food. More than 76 percent of the people in a recent poll said they are trying to eat out more healthfully than they were two years ago.

Another showed that, after bite-sized desserts, the hottest trends in food were locally grown and organic produce.

Organic to Go opened its first cafe three years ago. Now it boasts 33 outposts in Seattle, San Diego, Los Angeles and Washington D.C.

I would love to be a part of this business. Are you aware of anyone attempting to start such a restaurant in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area?

I totally support this and would greatly shout it out all over Omaha loudly, stand all over at different locations and hand out flyers, brochures to people also!! I am not at a point to where I can help support this financially yet. YES YES YES
I really feel it could also expand to having take-out-dinners available to people who call in their ordeers ahead of time. Maybe open 4 nights a week for people to come and pick up their orders. Maybe delivery could also be available to those who might want it??
I’ll help you Sue a few days a week also!!!

I went on line and checked this place out. Personally, it is just an upgrade on fast food. Sure, it’s organic but that doesn’t mean you will digest it very well. Poor food combining etc. Looks good and is a start in the right direction, but I want better. I want miso soup loaded with enzymes and easy to digest…….lightly steamed veggies with a great lemon/olive oil/garlic sauce over steamed perfect rice. Lots more, but I want food that heals and generates great health. This is just a start….Sue
