Of course this includes all the peoples that live on her. I like to divide my heart area into several parts then breathe fullness into each part of the heart...........this is front and back of the heart. Can you imagine the awesome energy and love coming out of this simple but profound 2 or 3 minute meditation each day to our Mother and her family of many??
