Caroline has written a number of best sellers, Anatomy of the Spirit, Sacred Contracts, to name a few. She is an outspoken advocate for spirituality and healing on this planet.
I am a very big fan of hers. I am a fan of anyone who has the courage of their convictions.

My personal opinion here is each of us must give ourselves permission internally to spend some time each day in meditation and prayer and ask for the insights to come into our consciousness.
To me religion is manmade……….
spiritually is not……….
True spiritually to me is that awesome cord that connects us to the Godself at all times. Even when our daily lives are sooooooooo hectic at home/work/wherever we are in those moments, I can find a few minutes to do some spiritual breath work/cleansing and ask the universe to flow into me peace, love and harmony in the moment. The bathroom is a place where one can find a few minutes to do this when all other places are just to damn hectic. Try it if you are in one of those days/moments and you want a few moments of peace!!
It all really starts with us as special individual souls..one soul at a time creating this.
